Location: Hybrid | Washington, DC
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Exempt

What You Bring

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment

Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently

Strong communicationskills and a professional, approachable presence

High levelof discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
