What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
- Educate clients on services, upgrades, retail, and memberships
- Help convert guests into long-term members
- Support spa growth through daily sales and service goals
- Schedule appointments and maintain a smooth front desk flow

- Comfortable recommending services (sales experience a plus, not required)
