Member Duties : The Evaluations VISTA will play a key role in building capacity for College for Social Innovation to build upon our existing program data, evaluation tools, and impact materials as we expand our program and launch new programming. The VISTA will refine and expand narrative and visual materials that connect outcomes from current programs to the vision of the new Public Service College planned to launch in Fall 2027. These materials will support attracting prospective students, host organization partners, college partners, and funders with data-backed, powerful representations of student outcomes. The VISTA will also support the refinement of CFSI’s competency-based learning framework by gathering feedback from host organization mentors and social impact leaders, ensuring the framework reflects real workplace expectations and informs CFSI’s curriculum to provide job training and service learning opportunities to young adults, particularly those from low-income backgrounds.
