Compensation and Employment Status
All positions are W-2 (employee) positions with a highly competitive compensation package:
- Hourly Rates: $65.00–$80.00 per service hour.
- Full-Time Annual Income Range: $80,000.00–$105,000.00+/year.

Position Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are looking for licensed therapists who love working with young kids and enjoy the clinical autonomy that an in-home setting provides:
- Valid CA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
- Previous clinical experience with pediatric populations is preferred (most clients are 1–3, but we see up to age 18).
- Available for at least 8 hours/week (for part-time) up to full-time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with technology and able to navigate digital platforms (EMR, Google Drive, etc.).
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proper auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a federal background check to obtain base access (or already possess a valid military/dependent ID).
- A passion for collaborating closely with families to establish rapport and make a lasting impact!
