Overview
Xochitl is a family-owned restaurant serving the Buford and Flowery Branch community, and we are seeking friendly, reliable Servers to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by delivering excellent service.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Process payments and handle POS transactions
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior serving experience preferred but not required
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol in Georgia
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Georgia alcohol service permits and certifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
