Intentionally Great Learning Center (IGLC) is a Christ-centered micro school serving students in Pre-K through 5th grade. We believe every child deserves an individualized education that meets them where they are academically while helping them discover their God-given potential.

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced educator to provide targeted academic intervention for elementary students through one-on-one and two-on-one instruction. This position focuses on supporting students through both push-in and pull-out intervention services, helping close learning gaps while building confidence and academic success.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized instruction to elementary students in reading, math, and other core subjects.
- Deliver intervention through both push-in and pull-out instructional models.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student success.
- Maintain positive communication with staff and families.
- Foster a nurturing, encouraging, and engaging learning environment.
- Support the mission and values of our Christ-centered school.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in an elementary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Passion for helping struggling learners reach their full potential.
Preferred:
- Experience working with students with learning differences or learning challenges.
- Georgia teaching certification or current paraprofessional certification.
- Long-term substitute teaching experience will also be considered.
- A personal commitment to modeling Christian character and professionalism.
