We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our fiberglass manufacturing team. This position primarily involves demolding parts and trimming fiberglass components, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
· Demold fiberglass parts safely and efficiently
· Trim, sand, and finish fiberglass components to specifications
· Assist with shop operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
· Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
· Experience with woodworking tools and techniques required
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
· Must be in excellent physical condition
· Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy parts regularly
· Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
