- Hospitalist 7 am to 7 pm. 183 shifts/yr. flexible shifts 7 on 7 off
We are looking for a talented and compassionate Hospitalist to join our inpatient IM/FM team. The Hospitalist will perform an array of clinical tasks including ordering laboratory tests and diagnostics, conducting and documenting physical exams, managing patients' care and educating patients on their conditions. Responsibilities:
- Maintain patient records.
- Perform physical exams and diagnostics of patients.
- Diagnose patients and determine treatment.
- Rapid Response and Code Blues
- Central lines and Intubations incase of emergency- rarely happens but the hospitalist is expected to know. Will also provide training.
- Communicate with other staff members and consultants about patient care.
- Maintain awareness about new treatments and developments in the medical field.
- Provide technical assistance to medical students.
- Provide Quality care and try to achieve Hospitalist metrics
- Mentor Medical students
Pay: $240,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year
