Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in equipment repair and maintenance. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing excellent service to our customers.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on hot tub equipment and systems.
- Perform repairs on various mechanical components using hand tools and power tools.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and customer interactions accurately.
Skills
- Experience as a service technician with hands-on mechanical knowledge, with a strong ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Knowledge of hot tub maintenance practices, including cleaning techniques and chemical balancing.
- Self-sufficient problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
