Responsibilities Include:
The Medical records clerk position in responsible for managing uploads into the medical record as well as responding to and managaging litigation requests, physician credentialing, and other clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
