Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting on various equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, receipts and inventory
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and ability to perform repairs and maintenance tasks
- Experience with electrical systems, including wiring and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset to address concerns and provide satisfactory solutions
