ShopFunder is a licensed ISO helping small businesses across Florida access fast, flexible working capital. We're opening a brand-new office in Plantation, FL, and looking for a handful of closers who are done hitting ceilings.

You already know how to sell. You've probably closed deals for someone else's dream while your own paycheck stayed the same size no matter how hard you worked.
This is a small, tight-knit office - not a call center with 40 seats to fill. We're looking for a handful of people who are ready to get paid what they're actually worth, with a real path to leadership as we grow.
Compensation
- 1099 commission-only
- Average deal size: $75,000 | Average commission per deal: $3,000
- Top reps earn 25,000–30,000+/month; closing 2-3 deals/week
- No cap. No ceiling. You eat what you close.

What We Need From You
- Proven closing ability — a track record of closing over the phone; most of this business is high-velocity and rarely face-to-face
- Objection handling — comfortable pushing back respectfully on rate concerns, competitor comparisons, and "let me think about it"
- High call volume tolerance — able to handle 80–150+ dials a day without burning out
- Pipeline discipline — consistent follow-up, no leads left cold, proper CRM hygiene
- Prior experience in high-pressure phone sales (MCA, timeshares, insurance, debt settlement, or similar) preferred
