This role is responsible for creating and distributing monthly Marketing and Visual Merchandising Guidelines to more than 1,560 stores across multiple store formats and design concepts. This includes 20 versions for client stores.
Key responsibilities include overseeing all monthly store marketing materials and merchandising directives. This role also includes concept guides for various initiatives. The ideal candidate excels at handling a high volume of documents and communications meant to be used by retail store associates, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and brings strong project management capabilities.
Previous experience with a retail brand, particularly within a Corporate Visual Merchandising team developing and planning store merchandising guides, would be highly beneficial.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, update, and distribute monthly instore -marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring timely delivery to all stores.
Support new store openings, remodels, and relocations by providing updated guidelines and materials as needed, including graphics checklist.
Assist in creating new & concept guidelines and supporting materials for ongoing and upcoming special projects.
Own and maintain the graphics and prop catalog.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—primarily InDesign—with a strong background in graphic design; experience with 2D and 3D renderings is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-brand retail environment.
Proven ability to create and manage a high volume of associate-facing documents.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
