- Manage multiple civil construction projects from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality standards.
- Review and approve subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and resolve field-related issues.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and profitability analysis.
- Support business development efforts by assisting with estimating, proposal reviews, and client relationship management.
- Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant project managers, and field personnel.
