Pioneer Equity Solutions | North Alabama | Remote-Flexible / Field-Based
About the Role
Pioneer Equity Solutions is a growing real estate solutions company operating across North Alabama, working directly with homeowners in distressed and time-sensitive situations — pre-foreclosure, inherited property, tax delinquency, and more. We're looking for an experienced acquisitions professional to take full ownership of our acquisitions function and build it into a scalable department.
This is not an entry-level cold calling job. We're looking for someone who has run a full acquisitions desk before — someone who knows what "good" looks like in seller conversations, negotiation, and contract-to-close execution, and who wants a real seat at the table in how this department gets built, not just a script to read from.
If you've spent years mastering the acquisitions side of real estate investing and you're ready to build something you actually own a piece of — this is that opportunity.
What You'll Own
- Full ownership of the acquisitions pipeline — outbound seller outreach, follow-up cadence, appointment setting, and negotiation through signed contract
- Designing and refining our acquisitions process, scripts, and objection-handling playbooks based on your own field experience
- Setting the strategic direction for how the acquisitions department is structured as we scale — including future hiring, training, and performance standards for additional acquisitions team members
- Managing seller relationships from first contact through signed agreement with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Working closely with ownership on lead source strategy, deal criteria, and pipeline health
- Acting as the senior voice on acquisitions strategy — this role reports directly to and works side-by-side with ownership, not underneath layers of management
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment sales — you should be able to speak specifically to deal volume and close rates from past experience
- Strong command of negotiation, objection handling, and seller psychology — someone who doesn't need a script to have a real conversation
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and ownership over outcomes, not just activity
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not an employee, and you want to be part of building something from the ground up
- Self-directed and highly disciplined — this role rewards production, initiative, and results
- Prior experience training, mentoring, or building out a sales/acquisitions team is a strong plus
Compensation & Structure: This is a performance-driven, production-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential — your income is tied directly to what you close, with no ceiling on what a strong acquisitions professional can generate. This is a 1099 independent contractor role structured for someone who wants to be paid like the producer they are, not a flat hourly rate.
For the right person, there is real potential to grow into a larger ownership stake in the department and the business as we scale together. This role is built for someone who wants equity in the outcome, not just a paycheck.
Why This Role:
You'll have direct influence over how this department is built — the systems, the standards, the people who eventually join under you. If you've been looking for a role where your experience actually shapes the business instead of just executing someone else's process, this is that role.
