Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU III/IV) of a Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma teaching hospital

Care for neonatal patients across gestational ages, including those under 24-28 weeks, 29-34 weeks, and over 34 weeks

Patient ratios vary between 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3

Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:00

Variable weekend shifts required

Floating between units and sister facilities required

No on-call responsibilities

Uses Epic charting system
