We are seeking dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agents for all shifts to be the welcoming faces of our hospitality team. Available Shifts (Please specify in your response which shift you are interested in)
1st shift: 7am-3pm
2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
3rd shift: 11pm-7am (Night Audit)
Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all reservation details are accurate and complete
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with patience and proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure smooth overnight operations
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly

Qualifications
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality hotel front desk operations and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic approach
- For 3rd shift, experience with night audit processes and procedures
- Experience with guest reservations systems, procedures.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of guest relations strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully while maintaining professionalism
- Prior hotel experience is highly desirable; however, we are willing to train people with the right attitude, personality, and experience in a customer service setting
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
