Are you an experienced Real Estate Paralegal looking to take ownership of complex transactions from contract to closing? We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our growing legal team in Harrisburg.
In this role, you'll independently manage residential and commercial real estate transactions, collaborate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and real estate professionals, and play a key role in delivering seamless closings. Independently manage residential and commercial real estate files from contract through final settlement.

Prepare, review, and coordinate all closing documentation and settlement packages.

Draft deeds, agreements of sale, easements, affidavits, and other real estate legal documents.

Review title commitments, surveys, and public records to identify title issues and ensure transaction accuracy.

Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, and disbursement documents using SoftPro or similar settlement software.

Coordinate directly with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process.

Verify mortgage payoffs, wire instructions, tax certifications, and municipal lien information.

Ensure post-closing documents are properly recorded and transaction files are completed accurately.

Support attorneys on additional transactional matters, including collections and creditor rights, as business needs require.

Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania real estate regulations, ALTA standards, and firm procedures.
✔ 5+ years of Paralegal experience, with significant experience in real estate transactions and settlements.
✔ Proven ability to independently manage real estate closings from start to finish.
✔ Strong experience drafting legal documents related to residential and commercial real estate.
✔ Hands-on experience with SoftPro or comparable real estate settlement software.
✔ Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Pennsylvania Notary Public Commission.
