Who We're Looking For
- BCBA in good standing
- Master's degree required
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
- Positive, family-centered approach
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with fellow clinicians
- Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring RBTs
Full-Time or Temporary Opportunity
We're currently hiring for a permanent BCBA position in Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Chesapeake, VA.
We also have a unique temporary opportunity for a BCBA interested in covering a maternity leave beginning around December/January for approximately 2–3 months. This is a great option for someone looking for short-term work, and may also lead to future opportunities with Brightside.
