Exceptional Care Transportation LLC is a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company proudly serving the Denver Metro area. We provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges traveling to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and assisted living communities.

Position Summary
This is a unique hybrid position that combines safe patient transportation with dispatching, scheduling, customer service, and basic administrative support. No two days are exactly the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping others.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, dialysis treatments, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and assisted living communities.
- Provide courteous, compassionate assistance to passengers entering and exiting wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
- Safely secure wheelchairs and mobility devices before transportation.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and professional.
- Answer incoming transportation requests and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Communicate professionally with clients, family members, healthcare facilities, and case managers.
- Maintain accurate trip records and required documentation.
- Support dispatch and daily office operations as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every trip.
Qualifications
Required
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, and basic computer applications.
- Comfortable driving in Colorado winter weather, including snow, ice, and other adverse road conditions.
- Ability to safely operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles while prioritizing passenger safety.
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred
- Experience in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), healthcare transportation, patient transport, dispatching, medical offices, assisted living, or customer service.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
