As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges.
- Assist with project scoping, bid packages, RFPs, contractor selection, and procurement.
- Monitor labor, material, and subcontractor costs throughout each project.
- Review, code, and approve invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracted pricing.
- Prepare and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to resolve issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Identify creative solutions that improve project outcomes while minimizing cost and schedule impacts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, budgets, schedules, and project files.
- Prepare project status reports summarizing accomplishments, upcoming milestones, and outstanding tasks.
- Issue bid packages, scopes of work, project checklists, and other construction documents.
- Provide constructive feedback to subcontractors regarding billing submissions, discrepancies, and required corrections.
- Represent Esposito Construction professionally while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in residential construction, commercial construction, or both.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project documentation.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
