We are looking for a reliable and energetic Steward to keep our dining room and kitchen running smoothly! As a steward, you are the backbone of our team. You will make sure our guests enjoy spotless dining spaces, our chefs have fresh ingredients prepped, and everyone has the sparkling clean tools they need. If you love staying active, helping out in different areas, and taking pride in a beautiful environment, we would love to meet you!
What You Will Do
- Keep Things Sparkling: Wash and sanitize plates, glasses, and cookware using our commercial dishwashers and traditional 3-compartment sinks (wash, rinse, sanitize).
- Prep Fresh Ingredients: Help our culinary team with light food prep like washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Brighten the Guest Space: Keep the front-of-house dining areas, restaurant seating, and bar looking clean and welcoming.
- Support the Culinary Team: Help chefs clean kitchen equipment like stoves, grills, hoods and prep areas.
- Organize with Pride: Keep our beautiful plates, glassware, and bar supplies organized, polished, and ready for use.
- Maintain a Safe Kitchen: Sweep, mop, and handle trash disposal to keep the entire back-of-house safe and spotless.
What We Are Looking For
- Great Energy: High stamina to stand, move quickly, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) during a lively shift.
- Team Players: A positive attitude and a willingness to bounce between front-of-house and back-of-house tasks.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, late evenings, and holidays.
- No Experience Needed: While restaurant or bar experience is a plus, we are happy to fully train the right person!
