Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of troubleshooting a wide variety of heating and cooling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- HVAC service experience
- CT S, D, or B license required
- Must be available Monday - Friday, with alternating on-call and weekend shifts.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
