Luna’s Mexican Restaurant is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with basic marketing knowledge who wants to gain hands-on experience and grow their career.

Responsibilities
- Create social media graphics, videos, Reels, and posts using Canva and other editing tools.
- Help plan, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media and other platforms, responding to comments and messages while managing online reviews.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, events, community outreach, and local partnerships.
- Research and contact local businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups through email, phone calls, and social media to build relationships, generate catering sales, and create partnership opportunities.
- Manage and update third-party sales and event platforms.
- Bring creative ideas to help grow our brand, increase sales, and expand our community presence.
Qualifications
- Basic experience with Canva and video editing.
- Familiar with social media platforms and current trends.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple projects.
- Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced and team environment.
- Strong communication, customer service, sales, and people skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and reaching out to potential business partners.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Must have their own laptop if working remotely; having a personal laptop is a plus for in-person role.
- Marketing, communications, sales, or related experience is a plus but not required.
