What You’ll Do
- Support production crews with ground operations, cleanup, and equipment handling
- Work directly under the lead climber and foreman to maintain job‑site flow
- Handle ropes, tools, and gear with care and attention
- Keep the work zone clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with brush dragging, staging, raking, and chipper loading
- Follow structured direction and uphold company standards
