Core Responsibilities:
Customer Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional, friendly manner
- Assist customers with questions about pool services, maintenance, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Communicate timelines and expectations clearly
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when needed
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule service appointments, repairs, and inspections
- Coordinate between customers, service technicians, and field teams
- Update schedules as needed due to weather, staffing, or project changes
- Confirm appointments and follow up as required
Administrative Support
- Enter and update customer information accurately
- Maintain organized customer records, service notes, and work order files
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and documentation as needed
- Support office staff with general administrative tasks
- Maintaining current client base
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
