Role Overview:
As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands - NE San Antonio, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, personal care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the support they need to maintain their independence and dignity. Working on-site in Bulverde, Texas, you’ll have the flexibility to choose your shifts across days, evenings, or weekends, contributing to a vital service that makes a real impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.

Assist with light housework and laundry to maintain a clean environment.

Prepare and assist clients with meals, ensuring nutritional needs are met.

Provide medication reminders and support in adhering to prescribed healthcare plans.

Document client progress and communicate any changes in their condition to the care team.
Qualifications:
