Position Summary: Fit Specialist – New Balance Avon (Full-Time)
Pay: $17 – $18.00/hour
Location: New Balance Avon
Schedule: Flexible (including weekends/holidays)

As a Fit Specialist at New Balance Avon, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests are properly fitted with premium footwear and orthotics, with a focus on alleviating foot pathologies and maximizing comfort. The job blends retail customer service with technical fitting knowledge in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming, educating, and assisting guests.
- Recommend appropriate products based on individual needs and 3D scan data.
- Maintain store organization, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Operate registers, process inventory, and support pricing updates.
- Collaborate with coworkers and adhere to company policies.
- Stay informed on promotions and product knowledge.
