Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations for raw materials, vitamins, minerals, and nutritional supplements. This hands-on position combines inventory management, shipping and receiving, customer service support, and forklift operation to ensure efficient warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols.
- ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Prepare products for shipment by packaging items securely and accurately according to specifications.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment using warehouse distribution systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper storage practices. Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy verification.
- Ability to operate equipment such as load & unload machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order picking & packing.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, and inventory control experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- experience in dietary supplements, vitamins, food ingredients, or raw materials industry is a plus.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Warehouse hours: 7 am - 4 pm.
