About the Role
We're hiring a strength and conditioning instructor to lead a weekly group fitness class at Solterra this summer. Classes are held Wednesday evenings in the community multipurpose room.
Responsibilities

Lead Wednesday 6:00 PM strength and conditioning classes

Design safe, progressive workouts suitable for adult participants of varying fitness levels

Provide clear form guidance and injury-prevention cueing throughout each class

Build week-over-week programming to drive participant retention
Compensation
Competitive commission rates based on class revenue.

Requirements

Personal training or group fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
