Multi-Skill Technician Brookings, SD
Purpose: Promote business growth and customer satisfaction by excelling in the completion of various maintenance and restoration needs of both residential and commercial customers
Essential Functions:

Cross Train in all service areas to be able to complete carpet cleaning, furnace / duct cleaning, water mitigation, fire mitigation, and construction restoration

Meet with customers to discuss their needs
-
Clean carpets and floors using both equipment and hand-washing techniques
-
Use specialized equipment to access ventilation systems to clean furnace, duct work, and dryer vents
-
Respond quickly to water or fire emergencies to initiate remediation actions
-
Utilize proper equipment in order to eliminate additional damage
-
Perform set up and clean up tasks at job sites

Experience and Education:

High School Graduate or GED Required

Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record Required

Ability to pass a background check Required

Skilled at hanging drywall, installing insulation, painting, and carpentry a PLUS
Physical Demands

Ability to occasionally bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects

Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and occasionally 100lbs, to perform job functions

Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures including both in the office and in the field
