Job Title : FP&A & OneStream Functional Lead
Location: North Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Pay rate: $50/hr - $58/hr
Duration: 16 W 5 D
Essential Functions:
Participate in the annual budget and strategic plan process - financial target setting to building budget schedules.- Provide subject matter expertise to the OneStream initiative aimed at global consolidation and submission of financial and statistical information through that system.
- Partner with Finance teams to develop, implement, and drive monthly reporting via the OneStream application.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand business performance on a variety of factors as needed depending on monthly business performance, trends, and requests from functional business partners.
- Drive business analysis and case development for company initiatives and large capital projects
- Understand client requirements and then configure Budgeting and Planning module based on Design / BRD documents.
- Understand Persona based KPIs / Dashboards that can be configured or customized in One Stream application for CXOs level reporting.
Education & Experience Required:
Minimum 3-5 years in finance or accounting, preferably with experience in OneStream use & implementation.- Good knowledge of data extraction from multiple systems, mapping etc. to One Stream to build such dashboards, UAT, SIT, Rollouts, developing documentation & Training etc.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar field.
- Proven understanding of current industry standard business intelligence solutions – including Power BI and Business Objects.
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP
- Excellent digital literacy, particularly MS Excel and ERP system experience (JDE, Oracle Cloud and One Stream ideal).
