Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers’ homes or designated locations
- Navigate using mobile devices and GPS tools to ensure accurate and efficient routes
- Handle packages with care, verifying order accuracy and condition upon delivery
- Communicate clearly with customers via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip
- Assist in warehouse distribution tasks when not on delivery routes, including organizing and preparing items for dispatch
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe driving practices at all times
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience driving in various conditions and familiarity with mobile devices for navigation purposes
- Prior experience in warehouse distribution, food service, or grocery store environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to lift packages of moderate weight and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
