Location:
Alpharetta, GA. Primarily in-office to promote mentorship and collaboration, with hybrid flexibility considered for candidates with strong Workers' Compensation Defense experience.
Note:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 1 year of Workers' Compensation experience. Defense experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.
- Partner closely with experienced attorneys on litigation strategy and case development.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and clients.
- Evaluate claims, provide legal recommendations, and deliver outstanding client service.
- Collaborate with a team that values mentorship, responsiveness, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar license.
- 1+ year of Workers' Compensation experience.
- Litigation experience with strong legal writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Workers' Compensation defense experience preferred.
- Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney, or Solicitor experience considered a plus.
