Location: Multiple Properties (Oceanside, Vista and San Marcos)

We are seeking a Landscaper to help maintain the curb appeal and outdoor spaces of our apartment communities. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping our grounds clean, safe, and beautifully maintained while contributing to a positive living environment for our residents.

- Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation.
- Mows and trims laws using hand mower or power mower.
- Planting various landscaping materials as assigned by the Supervisor for the purpose of keeping the areas attractive.
- Fertilizing lawn, trees, flowers and shrubs, and spreading mulch.
- Trimming trees, hedges and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds.
- Operating and maintaining hand tools, such as loppers, saws and shovels efficiently.
- Utilizing insecticides, fertilizers and chemical sprays to treat diseases.
- Keeping grounds free from trash, litter and debris, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Assist with power washing sidewalks and other property surfaces.
- Conducting basic irrigation audit and performing basic irrigation repairs.
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:15pm

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
- Must be able to sit, bend, crawl, kneel, and reach.
- Must be able to traverse worksite in different types of weather.
- Must be able to navigate uneven terrain.
