Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide personalized home care services to clients, supporting their daily needs and promoting their well-being. Your expertise will help clients lead safe, comfortable, and independent lives while receiving the respectful care they deserve. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and observe patients’ health status, including vital signs and overall condition
- Administer medications and provide basic medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support clients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice support, and memory care
- Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheters, and other assistive devices safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in accordance with state regulations
- Proven experience in home health care, nursing homes, assisted living facilities or working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and caregiving best practices for seniors and individuals with complex health needs
- CPR certification and training in emergency response procedures
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members
- Experience with medical documentation systems such as EHR or EMR platforms
- Compassionate attitude with a strong commitment to patient safety, privacy (HIPAA compliance), and quality care

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
