Start your morning at home, review your dispatch, load the van, and head into the Utica, NY area. Your customers range from fitness centers and hospitals to motels and other businesses. On site, you diagnose issues on commercial laundry equipment—washers, dryers, and ironers—using electrical meters and diagnostic/programming tools. You install parts, verify operation, and walk customers through what you did and why. Between calls, you coordinate parts and next steps with the service manager, parts department, and vendors, then capture every detail of time, materials, mileage, and fuel so the day closes as smoothly as it began.
