We are seeking a licensed or certified Medical Assistant (MA) who is detail-oriented, clinically capable, and motivated by both patient experience and performance-driven results.

This is a full-time, in-person position supporting our Highland Park and Lincolnwood, IL locations.

Patient Care & Clinical Support
Support providers and clinical staff in delivering high-quality treatments and patient care, including:
- Assist with neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures (setup, preparation, patient flow)
- Support PRP / PRF regenerative treatments
- Assist with microneedling and skin restoration procedures
- Assist with IV therapy setup, patient preparation, and post-care monitoring
- Perform lab draws, specimen collection, and processing coordination
- Support hormone and wellness therapy workflows under provider direction
- Assist with ozone therapy preparation under clinical supervision and protocols
- Perform patient intake, vital signs, and medical history documentation
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain clinical readiness
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient, seamless clinical operations
- Support lab orders, documentation, and follow-up coordination
- Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions as directed
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Deliver a polished, professional, and welcoming patient experience at all times

- Help maintain smooth patient flow and operational efficiency throughout the day
- Contribute to patient satisfaction, retention, and overall experience quality

What We’re Looking For
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA preferred) or equivalent clinical experience
- 1–2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, med spa, or clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of sterile technique, patient care, and clinical workflow
- Comfortable assisting with aesthetic procedures and regenerative therapies
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Professional, polished demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (required); Russian and/or Ukrainian (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation to Highland Park & Lincolnwood, IL
