What to Expect
A successful Training Coordinator will be approachable, organized, internally motivated and trustworthy. Our ideal Training Coordinator embodies the Tesla culture and the individualistic approach to training a diverse group of talented individuals. Training Coordinators assist in driving OSHA compliance through training towards safety standards, ensuring that those standards are consistent with those at other Service Distribution Centers. This individual will be expected to be the template for what it means to act as a professional at Tesla, partnering with management and support teams throughout the network. Training Coordinators collaborate with their peers at other Distribution Locations to drive consistency in training processes, safety and 5S.
What You'll Do

Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in both English and Spanish language

Travel required to support up to 30% of the year to support both the growing network of Tesla Distribution Centers and your training and development

Exemplify what it means to consistently exceed expectations at Tesla through personal leadership and accountability

Experience with substantial volumes of training or a coordination/administrative role in a fast-paced environment and leadership role

Past experience with promoting EHS&S, Safety and 5S programs

Compelling presentation skills and ability to facilitate training classes

Demonstrate empathy and patience for all levels of adult learners, including those with learning disorders and varying learning styles

Expected Compensation

Training Coordinator I - $27.31 - $30.40/hour
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
