We are seeking a seasoned farm worker with greenhouse experience. Only applicants who have experience working on a diversified vegetable farm will be considered (preferably Organic). During the growing season responsibilities would include management of 6-8 greenhouses for: sales, seeding and production, with management responsibilities. During the off-season additional responsibilities will include working in our pack house and management of winter greens production. Applicant will have a high level of organizational skills, ability to strategize and implement a production system. Passion for growing vegetables and flowers is integral to success in this position. Candidate needs to be a self starter and independent. contributing to the success of the farm is essential. Ideally someone who enjoys being part of a team and balancing hard work while enjoying it. Housing is not available. Only US citizens should apply.
