Duties
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to multiple store or unit managers, ensuring operational excellence across all locations.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, improve processes, and maximize profitability.
- Oversee financial performance by managing profit & loss statements, controlling expenses, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and attract new customers through innovative sales strategies.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and performance management of team members at each location.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing operational workflows, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate project management efforts for new store openings, renovations, or major initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution.
