Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, working closely with our experienced roster of staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff, and document patient information accurately
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care
Identify and address potential safety hazards and risk factors for patients
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff
