Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping people? MTB Home Furnishings is looking for 2 motivated Retail Furniture Sales Associates to join our growing team!
If you enjoy working with customers in a fun, fast-paced environment and want to be part of a locally owned business that takes pride in outstanding customer service, we'd love to talk with you.
Sales experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Help customers find the perfect furniture for their home
- Explain product features and benefits
- Make recommendations based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain an attractive, organized showroom
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Handle customer questions in a professional manner
- Work with fellow team members to create a great shopping experience
Compensation: Pay will be discussed during the interview.
