Agriculture Federal Credit Union (AgFed) is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Member Service Officer to join our team!
As a Member Service Officer, you’ll be the face of AgFed—helping members with a full range of branch services including opening new accounts and loans, processing transactions, and promoting our products and services. You’ll play a key role in strengthening member relationships through our needs-based sales approach, ensuring every member receives the personalized financial solutions they deserve.
What You’ll Do:
- Open new memberships, accounts, and loans
- Process member transactions efficiently and accurately
- Identify member needs and offer appropriate AgFed products and services
- Deliver exceptional service and support to every member interaction
- Contribute to the overall success of the branch and credit union
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping others and building relationships
- Experience in financial services or retail sales preferred
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Must have banking experience
