PayMore Mechanicsburg is looking for a reliable, tech-savvy store associate who can help across multiple parts of the business.
This is a hands-on role. During a normal day, you may help customers who come in to sell electronics, test devices, create online listings, pack and ship orders, and keep inventory organized. The right person is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with customers, and willing to help wherever the store needs support.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers who come in to sell or trade electronics.
- Test phones, laptops, tablets, gaming systems, and other devices.
- Create accurate listings with clear photos, titles, and descriptions.
- Pack and ship online orders carefully and on time.
- Keep inventory organized and make sure items are processed correctly.
- Respond professionally to customer questions when needed.
- Help the manager with daily store tasks based on business needs.
Strong candidates will have:
- Interest in electronics, phones, computers, gaming, or resale.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to follow processes without needing constant reminders.
- Comfort working with customers.
- Ability to stay productive during slower store hours.
- Prior retail, warehouse, shipping, eBay, electronics, or phone repair experience is helpful but not required.
