Established residential design build firm is looking for an experienced designer to join our team.
Qualifications:
Architecture or Design degree
Minimum 5 years experience in residential design
Experience in AutoCAD
Experience interfacing with clients( good people skills)
Ability to communicate and collaborate with the construction filed team
Ability to produce building permit documentation and obtain building permits
Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at a time
Project management skills
Positive and can do attitude
