The Property Data Collection Specialist at Bees360 is responsible for operating an unmanned aerial vehicle to capture aerial images and videos. This candidate will inspect structures for major insurance carriers for underwriting purposes. The role requires adherence to all applicable laws and regulations governing UASs, maintaining the company-issued drone, collaborating with stakeholders, and exhibiting problem-solving skills.
Job Description: (Essential job duties specific to the position)

Perform image data collection using highresolution cameras via Android or iOS smartphone/Tablet and Drone.

Conduct preflight & postflight operations, including airspace coordination.

Operate drones safely and effectively according to regulations and company policies.

Employ proper flight techniques, including smooth maneuvers and capturing images from multiple angles for accurate analysis.

Troubleshoot technical challenges during inspections, such as signal interference, battery life, and equipment calibration.

Ensure data integrity by regularly checking image quality, sensor accuracy, and proper data storage.

Perform quality checks on collected data to meet client needs.

Collaborate with managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Interact with insureds to explain the nature of the work being conducted.

Master software, data collection platform, and associated workflows.

Access Bees360 platforms for scheduling and personal profiles.

Service designated territory and maintain staterequired personal vehicle insurance.

Maintain a current FAA Part 107 Certification, with reimbursement for successful completion of renewal.

Report incidents immediately to Operations Manager or Coordinator.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.

Minimum 40 hours weekly, with expanded hours as business needs arise.

Highresolution drone (DJI Preferred) that follows all FAA guidelines approved equipment list will be provided upon request.
