As an independent, family-owned jeweler, we specialize in custom jewelry design and perform all jewelry repairs in house, backed by more than 130 years of combined bench jewelry expertise.

What You'll Do
As a Jewelry Sales Professional, you'll guide clients through some of the most meaningful purchases they'll ever make while helping ensure every repair and custom project meets the high standards our clients have come to expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an exceptional luxury sales experience from greeting through purchase
- Building long-term client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Assisting clients with bridal, fine jewelry, gifts, and special occasions
- Conducting custom jewelry consultations and helping clients bring their ideas to life
- Receiving and documenting jewelry repairs with accuracy and care
- Inspecting completed repairs for quality before they are returned to clients
- Checking prongs and recognizing common jewelry wear or repair concerns
- Developing expert knowledge of our extensive jewelry collection
- Collaborating closely with our team to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Helping maintain a beautiful showroom and welcoming environment
Who You Are
You're someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys learning, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of jewelry sales experience required
- Understanding of jewelry terminology and basic jewelry inspection
- Experience checking prongs and identifying common repair needs
- Experience with jewelry repair intake
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and accountable
- Professional presentation with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Highly Preferred
- GIA, AJP, or other jewelry industry certifications
- Experience with custom jewelry sales
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and expertise
