Responsibilities
- Manage the funding process from approval through funding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, lenders, and internal sales teams.
- Collect and review required documentation to ensure complete funding packages.
- Coordinate underwriting requests and communicate lender stipulations.
- Structure deals and identify the best funding options available.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the funding process.
- Monitor funding timelines and proactively resolve issues to prevent delays.
- Build strong relationships with lending partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and lender requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), business funding, commercial lending, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Strong understanding of underwriting and funding processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and funding platforms is a plus.
