Little Caesars Pizza, DBA Rutul Pizza LLC, is seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to help lead daily operations at our Mineral Wells, TX location. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting the General Manager, leading the team during assigned shifts, maintaining operational standards, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Successfully lead daily store operations during assigned shifts
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Assist with training new employees and reinforcing company standards
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently met
- Help control labor, food costs, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Lead the team during busy rush periods while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Support overall store sales and operational performance

- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be highly motivated and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to effectively manage busy rush periods
